On the occasion of the «Acampamento Terra Livre» (ATL) convened by the Articulation of Indigenous Peoples of Brazil (APIB), we have committed as Weaving Ties to facilitate the participation of delegates from the AMPB, COICA and AMAN at that meeting.
For AMPB, COICA y AMAN, it is a way to return the visit to the V AMAN Congress in Indonesia.
The ATL will take place from 24 to 28 April 2017 in the city of Brasilia, Brazil.
It is the largest indigenous mobilization in Brazil, and seeks to unify the indigenous struggles by convening some 2000 leaders of the country. All the information about the mobilization is found on its website.
